    Bachelor's degree / or equivalent experience in the field of examsDemonstrable understanding of experience of Business Analysis and Process Design applied in a global business areaDemonstrable experience of supporting projects that required in-depth data analysis and insights to address business challenges or make informed decisionsWorking knowledge of dynamic process mapping tools and evidence of usage for effective solutionsWorking knowledge of progress tracking tools such as Confluence/SharePoint etc with evidence of utilizing them effectively.
