Apt Resources is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager with European experience for their client, a leading industrial catering company.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth and maximize revenue.

You will oversee a team of sales representatives, establish strong relationships with key clients, and identify new business opportunities in the industrial catering industry.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and generate new business.
  • Manage and lead a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify areas for business growth and improvement.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and budgets to senior management.
  • Stay updated with industry developments and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive in the market.

Requirements:


  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the industrial catering industry with UAE experience.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken), and knowledge of additional European languages is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
  • With Valid UAE Driving license
