Key Responsibilities:


Corporate Internet & Mobile Banking Analysis:Lead the analysis of business processes and user needs related to Corporate Internet & Mobile Banking platforms.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize business requirements.


Requirements Documentation:
Translate business requirements into clear and comprehensive functional specifications.
Work closely with technical teams to ensure that solutions align with business objectives.


User Experience Enhancement:
Identify opportunities for improving the user experience of Corporate Internet & Mobile Banking platforms.
Collaborate with design and development teams to implement user-centric solutions.


Stakeholder Management:
Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including business users, IT teams, and vendors, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.


Industry Trends and Compliance:
Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in Corporate Internet & Mobile Banking.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and security protocols.


Qualifications:


Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.


Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on Corporate Internet & Mobile Banking.


Technical Skills:
Proficient in analyzing and documenting business processes.
Familiarity with Corporate Internet & Mobile Banking platforms and related technologies.


Salary:
From AED12,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Ajman: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
