Requirements of the Role:


  • Experience in property acquisition in either the real estate market or holiday homes.
or

  • Previous experience in Sales in a 5 star luxury hotel in Dubai.

Main responsibilities:


  • Follow Sales process to close leads generated from Marketing.
  • Generate leads from cold calling.
  • Build a relation with brokers to generate potential leads.
  • Qualify Leads and ensure properties brought on board are up to companies expectations.
  • Achieve quarterly Target

Salary:
AED7,500.00 per month


Experience:

- property acquisition in the real estate market: 2 years (required)
- property acquisition in holiday homes: 1 year (preferred)

  • Sales in a 5 star luxury hotel: 2 years (preferred)
