Hostess


Location:
Dubai

We're seeking for hostesses to join our team and serve as our visitors' initial point of contact.

To ensure that our customers enjoy their experience from the time they come until they leave, you should have strong organizational and interpersonal skills for this position.

You ought to be willing to work in shifts as well.


Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and escort VVIP guests to their allocated table or seating area
  • Responds to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
  • Keep track of the guests' list, and booking record and manage reservations
  • Respect sanitation, safety, and alcohol control policies to protect the venue and its customers.
  • Contribute to the team effort by completing pertinent tasks as necessary.

Requirements:


  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a highend restaurant
  • Exceptional Customer Service Skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Multilingual / bilingual (can speak well in any of these languages; English, French, German, Mandarin, Russian, Italian, and Portuguese)

Salary:
From AED6,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
