- Develop and establish globalprocurement policies.
- Drive continuousimprovement and enhance implementation in category teams as well asregional teams outside of China.
- Identify andinitiate optimisation opportunities throughout the wholeprocurement process, leading change management with crossfunctional partners including Finance, Legal and InternalAudit.
- Enhance implementation of policies withsystem upgrades and trainings.
- Review andprovide guidance on process compliance of different procurementcategories and overseas regions.
- Regularlymonitor the execution of procurement processes, set compliance/riskKPIs to the sourcing teams and report deviations from the policy,followed with actions to improve process compliance ratioworldwide.
- Support auditing projects and ownremediation plans for any critical findings in line with theinternal audit team.
- Improve the procurementcapacity and efficiency level, including setting up localprocurement policy and process according to the local businesscharacteristics of each region/country, with local functionalpartners.
