Remote Graphic Designer (Arabic/English speaker)

As an online Graphic Designer, you will play a pivotal role in creating visually appealing designs that captivate our target audience, enhance our brand image, and contribute to the overall success of our online presence.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop design concepts that align with our brand identity, messaging, and marketing campaigns.
• Understand and interpret design briefs and requirements, transforming them into compelling visual solutions.
• Develop and maintain a consistent visual style and brand guidelines throughout all design projects.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, design techniques, and emerging technologies to continuously improve the quality and impact of our visual assets.
• Optimize designs for online platforms, considering factors such as load times, responsiveness, and user experience.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including developers, content creators, and marketing specialists, to ensure the successful execution of design projects.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in an online or digital environment.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a diverse range of design projects, showcasing creativity, technical skills, and attention to detail.
• Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.
• Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively articulate design concepts and collaborate with team members.
• Proactive and self-motivated with a passion for staying up to date with design trends and emerging technologies.
• Fluency in Arabic is preferred, as we produce Arabic content. However, we also welcome applicants who have experience in designing with Arabic text, even if they are non-Arabic speakers.
