We are looking for a Sales Manager who is a motivated, well-organized individual and who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with the team and customers.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage the performance and allocation of sales team; provide leadership and support, while motivating and training of property advisors.
- Develop a sales strategy to achieve the organizational monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Review Property advisors performance against targets.
- Connect Property advisor with developers when needed.
- Work on sales scripts with agents
- Track and report back on sales performance on periodic basis.
- Ensure members of the sales team have the necessary resources to perform properly.
- Develop effective training programs that teach agents how to acquire customers, negotiate deals, secure financing and complete paperwork for the sale.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years in a real estate brokerage firm.
- Ability to bring own client.
- Management skills.
- Solid knowledge in Dubai Real Estate Market, communities, developers, with a focus on Luxury/ Highend Properties.
- Trustworthy and resultsdriven.
- Outstanding people skills with a demonstrable aptitude in negotiation.
- RERA Brokerage license knowledge.
- Driving license.
