- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read and understand technical manuals and diagrams
- Knowledge of electrical and hydraulic systems is a plus
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment with a sense of urgency
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects and work in confined spaces
- Flexibility to work occasional overtime and on-call shifts as needed
