    Role & responsibilities Overall:
    Commercial negotiations of Supply Chain Finance (Operations/Projects/Ad-hoc)
    • Lead negotiations with suppliers, distributors, lenders, & other stakeholders to establish financial terms & conditions.
    Financial support / input for all contract finalization and alignment with senior managementContractual and commercial governance for all concluded negotiations.
    Identify & implement process improvements wherever possible.
    Management of contractual commitments

    Bank Guarantees, receivables, payables.

    Monthly reporting and governance of supply chain costsMonthly variance analysis, Concept Connect, Cost benchmarking, Identify actionable insights basis the analysis, keep track of it and ensure timely closure of open points.

    Partner with the operations teams to drive cost optimization projects to bring efficiency.

    Should have strong commercial acumen and business understandingExposure and conceptual understanding of contract law and pricingAdvanced negotiation, influencing and stakeholder management abilitiesExperience working with a multinational or complex business structureStrong Collaboration skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsTeam orientated, with strong relationship and interpersonal skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsBackground and experience of Financial and business analysisFeasibility studies - Financial viability and commercial aspectsRelevant managerial coursesAbility to identify issues and areas for improvement through analysisPreferred candidate profile Chartered Accountant (2021, 2022 batch)Bachelor in Commerce2 to 3 years work in Business Finance#J-18808-Ljbffr
