    JobSummary

    In this position you areresponsible for proactively soliciting and handling any and allsales opportunities acquiring new distributor partners andmaintaining relationships with existing ones. The Key AccountManager has full responsibility for the distributors in theterritory assigned to them to capture the maximum growth potentialin themarket.

    Tasks

    Responsibilities

    • Therole includes achieving growth targets as per company expectationevaluating distributor performance and developing and executinggotomarket and strategic sales growthplans.
    • Develop a Joint Business Plan with eachdistributor to include business objectives trade marketing plan andsuccess measures to create a strong relationship with the accountand a point of difference vs.competition.
    • Create and provide forecasts andsales analysis to relevant departments negotiation of pricingmargins and supporting the brand image and values instore.
    • In addition to building on existing FMCGrelationships you will be responsible for opening new doorscreating new business opportunities and relationships to deliverbusiness growth.
    • You will enjoy being anintegral part of the business and NPD launches using your knowledgeof the market customer buying trends and needs in the creation andplanning of newranges.

    Requirements

    Requirements/Qualifications

    • Previousexperience at a National Account Manager or Category Manager level.Must have existing retail and distributioncontacts.
    • Minimum 5 years account managementwithin the Beauty industry
    • Must be KPI andtarget driven
    • Excellent communication andnegotiating skills
    • Entrepreneurial mindset
    • Be a selfstarter with the ability to learnquickly
    • Be a highenergy salesperson who iscomfortable working in a fastpaced startupenvironment
