Bar Supervisor

A Bar Supervisor oversees the bar service tooffer a high quality efficient beverage service that adds to asuperior Guest experience and is in accordance with licensingregulations associated with alcoholic beverages.

As a BarSupervisor you will supervise the bar service to offer a highquality efficient beverage service that adds to a superior Guestexperience and is in accordance with licensing regulationsassociated with alcoholic beverages. Specifically you will beresponsible for performing the following tasks to the higheststandards:

• Maintain an effectivebar service with an emphasis on high quality efficientservice
• Check that Guest service standards areset implemented and monitored and continuously evaluated
• Setup of the outlet in accordance with the predeterminedstandards of the operation
• Comply withlicensing regulations and hotel procedures relating to the bar andservice of alcoholic beverages and conduct staff training sessionsaccordingly
• Demonstrate a perfect knowledge ofall beverages served in the bar how beverages are prepared (torecipe) and presented and how Bar personnel are trained to possesssthis knowledge and the application of it
• Ensure compliance with and the proper training of TeamMembers so that all Company Health and Safety and Fire Regulationsand procedures are understand and applied
• Ensure all Team Members are impeccably presented andadhere to the correct uniform standards
• Dealwith sudden staff shortages through absenteeism and report allabsences according to Company Attendance Procedures
• Complete all necessary administration in accordance withCompany procedures relating to all staff members
• Maximise revenue and increase average spend per personthrough upselling high customer service standards effectivetraining and motivational techniques
