Responsibilities:

  • Using BIM software to create detailed 3D models of architectural & theming elements.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure the final product meets project specifications, construction standards, and industry best practices.
  • Prepare detailed drawings, schedules and other documentation to support project planning, construction and maintenance activities.
  • Work closely with the project team to identify and resolve constructability, coordination, and clash detection.
  • Review and analyze project documents and construction drawings to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Attend meetings with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to discuss project requirements, progress, and issues.
  • Keep current on industry standards and best practices for BIM modeling and architectural theming.

Requirements:


  • 23 years of experience in BIM modeling.
  • Proficiency with Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD and 3ds MAX.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and best practices for BIM modeling in architectural theming.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience working in a fastpaced, deadlinedriven environment.

Salary:
AED6, AED8,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
