Human Resources Operations Coordinator - Sharjah, United Arab Emirates - Al Marwan Group
Description
Al Marwan Group is a holding company established in 1978, Al Marwan Group has grown a strong diversified portfolio in real estate development & management, hospitality, general contracting and heavy equipment trading of brand new and used equipment for the construction, mining, oil, and gas industries.
The HR Operations Coordinator will be responsible for a wide range of HR functions, including daily operation services and administration work , employee relations, and more.
Employee Relations:
Handle employee relations issues, conduct investigations, and provide guidance on disciplinary actions and conflict resolution.
HR Compliance:
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, and update policies and procedures accordingly.
Handle the daily operations related but not limited to;
End of month deduction from payroll for attendance
Prepare attendance reports (daily/monthly/yearly)
Follow up with employee status change/cancelation
Track employee leaves
Maintain accurate HR records, including employee files and databases
Participate in the onboarding process for new hires
Education, Experience, & Professional Certification
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
03+ years of progressive HR experience, including previous HR Operations Coordinator or similar roles.
Industry experience related to
Heavy machinery / Facility Management or Real Estate /Construction
Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
