Admin/ HR executive


We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Admin with HR background to oversee the smooth operation of our office environment.

You will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, coordinating office procedures, and supporting various departments within the organization.

  • Responsibilities:_
  • You should be able to use your organizational skills to manage the office space and time, interact with clients, collaborate with colleagues, support management and ensure efficient daytoday office operations in a fastpaced environment.
  • Maintaining and organizing office documents, records, and files, implementing effective filing systems.
  • Coordinate and organize company events, meetings, conferences, managing logistics and arrangements.
  • To collect & segregate data and make them available to the superior in order to support various HR & Administrative functions.
  • Preparing Tax invoices, monthly sales reports, receipt vouchers and other documents as required for the smooth functioning of operations.
  • Liaise with other sections in the department to collect data and documents related to employees
  • To maintain and update the HR documents related to employee information in order to facilitate processing of personnel functions.
  • Keep all the employee records ranging from recruitment to the current status of the employee.
  • Keep all the registers and records updated for the data collection and processing in the section
  • Organize and manage Domestic staff leave including annual leave, sickness, emergency and maternity/ paternity.
  • Skills & Requirements:_
  • 45 Years of Proven experience as an administrator/HR, or similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant softwares like Tally would be preferred.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
  • Familiarity with basic accounting principles and filing tax's.
  • Knowledge of HR procedures and practices is a plus.
  • Employee recruitment including job posting, shortlisting, interviewing and sending of offer letters.
  • Comprehensive understanding of MOHRE, UAE Labour Laws.
