_In depth understanding of Steel structure and Concrete_
- _Work closely with the Project manager to establish the requirements for the construction._
- _Managing the construction process, supervising all activities on-site, responding to delays_
- _Select the types of construction tools and equipment to use in the construction and track the inventory of them._
- _Collaborating and establish communication channels with Client, Engineer, and Subcons,_
- _Liaise with local authorities to obtain the licenses, permits, etc. for the project._
- _Ordering required resources and managing the personnel involved._
- _Supervise and coordinate with the site staff and subcontractors to utilize the resources._
- _Conduct an in-depth analysis of the project to meet the budget and deliverables._
- _Prepare reports on the project and keep daily employee logs and monitor the conduct of each one of them._
- _Enforcing safety procedures and ensuring the construction project complies with all safety and building regulations._
- _Establish risk factors, manage and mitigate them to ensure the construction goes on smoothly._


Salary:
AED12, AED15,000.00 per month
