    About The Role

    This role is responsible to maintain and optimize Paid Media performance campaigns across all ecommerce and Omni domains

    What You'll Be Doing

  • Plan, execute and optimize digital marketing campaigns to maximize campaign effectiveness
  • Strategize and amend plan in order to support brands & brief creative team accordingly
  • Working with various stakeholders (both internally & externally), you will launch campaigns & optimize accordingly to get the best results for brands according to set objectives.
  • Analise and present findings from campaigns to the business to facilitate decision making processes
  • Supports the function to explore ways of improving existing digital marketing techniques to enhance operational efficiency
  • Coordinate with agency to optimize paid campaigns, across an array of digital marketing platforms including but not limited to, Facebook, Snapchat, Tiktok, retargeting platforms & Google.
  • Report brand & present campaign analysis to marketing & procurement team based on KPI's (CIR, CPC, , CPI, CAC, etc.)
  • Budget tracking and monitoring to ensure peak trading periods are well planned & best results are generated
  • Advise on optimization / bidding / competitive strategies across all platforms
  • Share paid media knowledge with best practices
  • Good understanding of affiliate marketing & influencers
  • Hands on experience on paid channels & retargeting FB, SC, Google, Criteo, RTB House, etc.
  • High quality presentation abilities
  • Strategizing, Planning & Executing campaigns across multiple platforms and conduct daily performance analysis
  • Providing recommendations for performance improvement and monitoring monthly targets to adjust campaigns as needed to achieve objectives
  • Driving App Installs and App Re-Engagement through Google, FB and other paid Social campaigns
  • MMP & Google Analytics tool to use in improving the campaigns performance.
  • Using the smart features of Smartly / Vidtech / Stitcherads Tool to optimize the paid social Campaigns.
  • Conduct analysis on all campaigns & brands across all platforms and optimize to get the best results.
  • Report on progress against goals and other relevant metrics to Liner manager & HOD
  • Implementing and continually testing new creative messaging, landing pages, campaigns and marketing tools
  • Assist creative team with best practices to design communication for performance marketing channels
  • Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, combined with strong verbal and written communication skills to ensure all requests from other business units are clear and objectives set make business sense.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional partners in a collaborative environment
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders throughout the organization, both technical and non-technical
  • Develop strong replenishment and allocations capability, promoting a culture of inclusivity, empowerment and accountability.
  • Defines performance goals at the start of the year in discussion with the reporting manager and ensures that the goals are achieved during the course of the year
  • Takes ownership of his/her own learning agenda by identifying development needs in consultation with the manager and agreeing on the individual development plan which goes beyond just training and development
  • Keeps abreast of professional developments, new techniques and current issues through continued education and professional growth
  • About You

    Preferably but not required: A degree in a quantitative field such as Marketing, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or any other related field

  • 3+ years of experience in a Digital Marketing role with a solid understanding of the fast fashion industry
  • Knowledge and Skills
  • Proven success in Performance Digital Marketing
  • Expertise in A/B and other testing methods
  • Executional experience with FB ads manager, Google Ads and knowledge of affiliate marketing & retargeting
  • Enhanced knowledge of web analytics and App (MMP) Platforms, including deployment of tracking codes
  • Good time-management skills
  • Strong analytical skills to find trends and optimization opportunities from performance data
  • English & Preferably Bilingual (Arabic + English)

  • Certifications across META & Google advertising
  • Adobe illustrator
  • Highly proficient in Google Analytics
