Our client has the largest and most influential KOLs in the web3 and crypto industry and we are seeking an experienced KOL Manager to join our client'steam.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing relationships with key opinion leaders in web3 and crypto, have exceptional communication & project management skills, and a demonstrated ability to work remotely and meet deadlines.

The platform utilizes smart contracts leveraging blockchain technology to facilitate secure and transparent transactions between parties, eliminating the need for intermediaries.

the possibility to create and execute smart agreements, which are self-executing contracts with the terms of the agreement directly written into code.

Reputation Scoring:
incorporation of a reputation scoring system to assess the reliability and trustworthiness of users within the ecosystem. This helps in building trust between parties engaging in transactions.3.


Dispute Resolution:
In case of disputes, our client provides mechanisms for decentralized arbitration and resolution, reducing the reliance on traditional legal systems and intermediaries

4 Token Economy:
The platform operates on its native cryptocurrency token, known as PAID. This token is used for various purposes within the ecosystem, including payments for services, staking, and governance.


Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with KOLs, including continuous communication ensuring all messaging and amplification goals are met.

You will need to be able to understand PAIDs key narrative and customise our communication goals for each KOL ensuring they promote and talk about PAID and the project being launched on Ignition.

Constantly engage KOLs through various channels, such as Telegram, social media, industry events, and referrals. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align KOL engagement strategies with business objectives. Coordinate and facilitate communication between KOLs and internal teams, ensuring timely and effective exchange of information.

Plan and execute KOL engagement activities, such as ensuring Paid gets access to early deal-flow, advisory board meetings, webinars, and speaking engagements.

Monitor and analyse KOL performance metrics to assess the impact of partnerships and identify opportunities for improvement. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments to inform KOL engagement strategies. Provide guidance and support to junior team members, leveraging your management experience to foster professional growth and development.


Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in KOL management or related roles, with a proven track record of success. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely. Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience working remotely and collaborating with virtual teams. Familiarity with crypto regulations and compliance requirements is preferred. Proficiency in Google Suite and relevant collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Telegram, Trello, ).


Salary:
The salary range for this position is $2,000 - $4,000 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications
