Dubai Autism Center is currently looking for a suitably qualified and experienced Training Manager (BCBA) to join our professional team immediately.


Qualifications:


  • Should have a Master's degree in Psychology / Special Education or a related area with BCBA registration.
  • BCBA with 3 years of clinical experience in rehabilitation or equivalent setting or expertise working with Children with Autism.
  • Minimum one year of experience as a Training Manager.
  • Enthusiastic, creative, and passionate team player.
  • This role requires outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written in English and Arabic language is advantageous.
  • Responsive and proactive.
  • Computer literate in the Windows environment.

Responsibilities:


  • You will take care of resource planning, manage the team, and deliver as per the given target.
  • Prepare an annual and quarterly calendar of training courses and ensure maximum attendance.
  • Develop, source, and conduct training courses scheduled in the training calendar.
