- Manage MP strategic sellers to build their business on Cartlow from acquiring selection, content creation, Inventory management to orders fulfillment
- Develop good deals with marketplaces to achieve the maximum revenue for the company through negotiating all salesdriving initiatives
- Generate periodically reports regarding marketplaces sales.
- Create and execute a business strategy that aggressively grows sales, meeting, or exceeding financial objectives for our Company.
- Deliver brand share and drive sales objectives through promotional planning
- Works with demand planning to develop accurate sales forecasts and achieve specified levels of forecast accuracy on the marketplaces and redemption programs
- Organizational goals and implications are factored into ecommerce sales strategies.
- Communication and execution of a strategic sales plan for each account.
- Analysis of sales data to identify and understand market trends and purchasing behaviors.
- Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives
- Achieve targeted growth of both the quantity and quality of selection, seller performance and sales
- Understand the ecommerce industry and competitive environment including knowledge of competitive product offering
- Engage with sellers to understand their needs and fit with the Cartlow product set.
- Assist internal partner to drive change, remove roadblocks and accomplish daily
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and crossfunctional teams (Content, Marketing,
- Order management and Warehouse) to facilitate seller/account's growth
- Monitor sales metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
- Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth job requirements
What you'll need:
- A Bachelor's degree or above
- Proven rack record in taking endtoend ownership and driving results.
- Strong verbal and written communications skills, as well as the ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations.
- Proficiency in Excel and/or other data analysis tools
- Strong analytical & problem in solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects.
- Work prioritization, planning and task delegation.
Salary:
AED5, AED7,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
Account Management: 4 years (preferred)
- User/product operation: 4 years (preferred)
- Ecommerce / Retail industry,: 4 years (preferred)
- Business development: 4 years (preferred)
