SWIFT Delivery services Hiring POC for Amazon Warehouse ( Point of Contact )

  • Manage the Driver
  • Rostered the drivers and manage there working days.
  • Daily Reporting.
  • Responsible for overseeing all activities within a team.
  • Responsible for deciding how to approach tasks and develop a plan to accomplish them.
  • Responsible for distributing information to team members and stakeholders.
  • Responsible for keeping track of and structuring various tasks, employees and documents.
  • Responsible for determining the goals that members will work toward.

Team Leader Requirements:


  • Graduation
  • Minimum of 2 years experience as poc in amazon.
3..Excellent communication skills.


  • Confidence and skillful negotiating skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of computer excel word.
  • Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor
  • In-depth knowledge of performance metrics
  • Good PC skills, especially MS Excel
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Organizational and time-management skills
  • Decision-making skills
  • Degree in Management or training in team leading is a plus

Preference:


  • Person with own visa
2.our warehouse location will be in DIP.


  • Experience in amazon POC will be preferred.

Salary:
AED3,000.00 per month
