    Trilogicare excited and pleased to work with an IT Managed Service Providerwhich are looking for an experienced 2nd Line SupportTechnician, working for their client based inCambridgeshire.

    Asa Dedicated 2nd line Support Technician, you ll be the centralpoint of contact for all IT-related incidents and service requests.You ll be working one on of our dedicated customer sites, and willbe responsible for logging incidents, service requests andresolving support requests ensuring that service levels and targetsare achieved as well as meeting customer satisfaction andcontinuous service deliverydemands.

    Requirements

    • Provide1st and 2nd line support on Microsoft 365, office applications,internalsoftware
    • Performingdevice builds and facilitating deskmoves
    • Wellorganised & able to work in a fast-pacedenvironment
    • Excellentcommunication skills at alllevels
    • Knowledgeof Microsoft 365 and Officeapps
    • Workingknowledge of IT Infrastructure service and user administrationactivities (new joiners, folder management, password resetsetc.)
