    Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement strategicinitiatives for recruiting diversetalent.
    • Manage full cycle recruiting process tomeet staffing goals across all levels within multiple businessunits.
    • Create and post job descriptions oncareer websites, universities, and other appropriatevenues.
    • Utilize knowledge of multiplerecruiting sources and execute innovative recruitingstrategies.
    • Screen resumes and interviewcandidates to determine fit.
    • Coordinate withhiring managers to determine positionrequirements.
    • Regularly track pipeline,priorities, and performance data to share with internalstakeholders.
    • Recommend ideas and strategiesrelated to recruitment that will contribute to the long-rangegrowth of the company.
    • Maintain accurate andwell-ordered documentation on all candidates, searches, hiringmanager interactions, and other recruiting activities in theApplicant Tracking System.
    • Participate inspecial projects/recruiting initiatives, including assessment ofbest practices in interviewing techniques, leveraging of internalsources of talent, and identification of top performers forsenior-level openings.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in HumanResources or related field, or equivalent work experience,required.
    • 3+ years of experience in a fullcycle recruiting role, preferably within the Medicalindustry.
    • Strong knowledge of, and experiencewith, outside recruiting resources including social media, jobboards, data mining techniques, andnetworking.
    • Demonstrated success in filling avariety of roles at all levels.
    • Excellentinterpersonal and communication skills.
    • Provenexperience conducting various types of interviews (i.e., phone,video, etc.).
    • Experience with ApplicantTracking Systems (ATS) and Human Resources Information Systems(HRIS).
    • Strong understanding of the recruitingaspects of federal and state Human Resource laws and practices,including employment classifications, reference checks, andothers.
    • Professional Services and Consultingexperience is a plus.
    • Proven organizationalskills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize andwork well in an environment with competingdemands.
    • Ability to handle sensitive andconfidential information appropriately.
    • Stronginitiative and solid judgmentabilities/skills.
