KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Review shop drawings and material submittals to comply with project specification and design requirements for authority.

Meetings with subcontractors and site engineers for coordination of drawings to initiation on site and to provide direction and site-instruction.

Supervise draftsperson and monitoring of shop drawing submittal log.

Develop and prepare all related shop drawings as well as reviews subcontractor's shop drawings to ensure compliance with design guidelines and technical accuracyKNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:
Minimum of 4 years experience in a similar capacity, preference to UAE and or GCC experience.

Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Illustrator or other design programsPreparation of Shop drawing (SD) for Hard Landscape, Soft Landscape & Swimming Pool as per the IFC Drawing and Client Requirement.

EDUCATION & TRAINING:
Bachelor's Degree or related course or equivalentExcellent portfolio of previous works
