    Manage the executive's calendar,including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travelarrangements.

    Coordinate and prioritizeincoming communication, including emails, calls, and letters,ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.

    -Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, reports, andpresentations as needed.

    Maintain confidentialinformation and handle sensitive documents with discretion andprofessionalism.

    Serve as the primary point ofcontact between executives, clients, and internal teams, fosteringpositive relationships and clear communicationchannels.

    Assist in organizing and facilitatingmeetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, andcoordinating logistics.

    Conduct research andcompile data as required to support decision-makingprocesses.

    Handle administrative tasks such asfiling, record-keeping, and expense management.

    -Collaborate with other administrative staff to streamline processesand improve efficiency within the office.
