We are looking for a VIP Relationship Manager to join our team remotely The #1 goal of this role is to drive business growth by managing and expanding an existing network of high-net-worth clients You ll nurture relationships with some of the largest whales in the space, helping them unlock the full value of Kraken s product suite while identifying new opportunities to deepen engagement.The opportunity Deliver consistent high-quality service to HNWI clients worldwide building and nurturing trusted relationships through exceptional account management Drive KPIs across revenue trading volume and assets on platform through rigorous data-driven analysis and proactive strategy execution Bring Kraken s private client and VIP offerings to market ensuring benefits remain impactful competitive Serve as the trusted point of contact for Kraken s top private clients building deep relationships trust Execute programs initiatives that increase client activity trading assets on platform Leverage blockchain analytics trading data client insights inform revenue-generating efforts strategic decision-making Partner with product marketing client service teams champion new efforts drive private client growth loyalty
- 5+ years experience relationship management account management or private sales including at least 2 years crypto space track record working with high-net-worth individuals HNWIs.
- Deep understanding trading product solutions spot margin futures trading OTC trading lending.
- Ability scrappy bold unafraid explore alternative creative solutions achieve results Highly data-driven expertise analyzing KPIs such portfolio revenue customer trade volume assets platform Strong personal network within crypto industry particularly across HNWI plus Fully aligned cypherpunk values outlined Krakens Tentaclements Passionate about cryptocurrency world proactive attitude learning new industry trends Skilled meaningful partnerships internal external stakeholders levels diverse backgrounds you can travel up time visit attend events Fluency English required along native like proficiency one additional languages Dutch German Mandarin Arabic.
