What the job involves

  • Supporting the Incubation mandate through FDD, planning, and active business development
  • Developing execution strategies and business plans for incubation mandates
  • Measuring and reporting performance and progress of incubated projects
  • Managing predeal activities including identifying operating models and incubation targets complimenting Abu Dhabi's growth
  • Identifying and connecting with all relevant internal stakeholders to keep them informed on progress, as well as obtaining support

Who we are looking for

  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • A strong track record of building and contributing to building businesses in a managerial role
  • Good knowledge of financial modelling and valuations
  • Confident and articulate communicator both written and verbally
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, or finance
