Description
We are looking for an Estimator for Fit Out and Joineryto join us on immediate basis.
You will be preparing BOQ and estimate material requirements and choosing the most appropriate materials.

You will also provide complete quantity take-off, analysis, and estimate, and studies for all deliverables involved in the assigned scope.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Extensive knowledge of fit out & joinery procedure and processes.
  • Prepare BOQs and quotations.
  • Measure and calculate the cost of materials.
  • Prepare tender submissions and take offs Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Read and interpret plans Contract administration.
  • Responsible for providing complete quantity takeoff, analysis, and estimate, and studies for all deliverables involved in the assigned scope of joinery, wooden and fit out works
  • Should be able to handle both pre and post contract work, review the scope of works along with contract terms and conditions, and to prepare bill of materials/quantity take off/variations/invoicing, cost management etc.
  • Identify design and construct ability issues and analysis to determine construct ability.
  • Define more costefficient alternatives to the proposed scope of project.
  • Responsible for preparing and assembling bids and proposals for various contract types.
  • Collaborate with operations staff and other estimators to ensure that General Conditions and Requirement items are appropriately captured in the estimate.

REQUIREMENTS

  • A Bachelor's/Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent years of work experience.
  • You should have at least 47 years' experience in estimation & costing with Joinery and fitout company. Minimum 2 years in UAE is desirable.
  • Must have knowledge of production (joinery) and installation, and (joinery & fitout) procedures.
  • Time Management

License/Certification:

- driving license (preferred)


Salary:
AED3, AED10,000.00 per month
