Having 5-7 years hands-on experience in supervising a high-end interior and joinery fit-out company with multicultural workers.

Ensuring health and safety requirements are in order on the shop floor at all times.
Ability to read AutoCAD drawings, identify materials and finishes required.
Computer literate in MS Word, Excel and AutoCAD
Excellent knowledge on material finishes, site material requirements, manpower planning and management.
Ability to act quickly and have confidence is decision making.
Ability to take ownership.
Have an excellent eye for detail.
With good oral and written communication skills (English)
UAE driving license is an added advantage.
