GENERAL DESCRIPTION :
A sales associate in a company is someone who helps customers, sells products, and provides great service. They know all about the products and can answer questions. They also handle cash, keep the store looking nice, and make sure customers are happy.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Customer Service:

They provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers, answering questions, and helping them find the products they need.


Product Knowledge:

They have a good understanding of the products or services offered by the company and can effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers.


Cash Handling:
They handle cash transactions, process payments, and ensure accurate cash register operations.

Problem Resolution:
They address customer complaints or concerns, finding appropriate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.

Store Maintenance:

They help maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store, including restocking shelves, tidying up displays, and ensuring a pleasant shopping environment.


  • Upselling and Cross-selling: They suggest additional products or services that complement the customer's purchase, increasing sales opportunities.

Product Demonstrations:
They may conduct product demonstrations or provide samples to showcase the features and benefits of certain products.

Training and Development:
They participate in training sessions to enhance their product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.

Teamwork:

They collaborate with other sales associates and team members to achieve store goals and maintain a cohesive work environment.


Sales Reporting:
They may be responsible for reporting sales metrics, such as daily sales figures or customer feedback, to management.

Up to AED2,800.00 per month
