Description

Project lead experience with minimum 2 SAP life cycle implementations in global multi-national companies5+ years of hands on Project Management experience for handling complex global projects with large team size (10+) and budget more than $2mMinimum 7 yrs.

of functional experience on 1 or more SAP Functional Modules (SAP and PM Certifications are a plus)5+ years of experience in discrete manufacturing processes in global multi-national companies involving multicurrency and complex inter-company supply chainAbility to manage diversified team located across the region (on shore, off shore, near shore)Ability to multitask under high stress & aggressive timelinesExperience working with top management to manage expectations and escalate issues/risksExcellent communication, collaboration, partnering and facilitation skillsAbility to lead a functional and technical team of internal and external resources to meet deadlines and deliverables.
