Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Runner to join our team at Luxury Jobs. As a Runner, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support and assistance to our clients and candidates. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome clients and candidates in a professional and friendly manner
Assist with administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records
Coordinate and schedule interviews between clients and candidates
Conduct initial screenings of candidates and provide feedback to the recruitment team
Assist with onboarding and orientation processes for new hires
Maintain a clean and organized office environment
Handle any other adhoc duties as assigned by the management team

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and timemanagement skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
Knowledge of the luxury industry is a plus
