Description

We are for a Sales Executive who will be responsible for driving revenue growth by promoting and selling our exciting entertainment and leisure offerings.

The role will involve identifying and targeting potential clients, building strong relationships, and closing sales deals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop sales strategies, attend industry events, and stay updated on market trends.


Job Responsibilities:
-

Ø Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.

Ø Ensuring consistent business opportunities to generate revenue and consistent turnover.

Ø Customer engagement and relationship management to ensure client retention and satisfaction.

Ø Leisure & Entertainment Market with focus on Family Entertainment Centres Attraction supply and selling of Playground Equipment.

Ø Follow up on Company/ Group Sales Leads with a focus on converting them to Potential Clients.


Ø Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes, needs, and concerns to deliver a strategic solution.

Ø Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on HPS products and services based on Client needs and intent.

Ø Prepare official offers as per the proposed equipment mix and cost calculations.

Ø Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.

Ø Avail Testimonials from Clients on Project completion review project feedback and communicate the same for internal development.

Ø Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations.

Ø Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.

Ø Maintain and update the Sales Tracker on a weekly basis.


Requirements:
-

Ø Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience as a Sales Executive, preferred in the Leisure and Entertainment industry.

Ø Attested Bachelor's degree in any field.

Ø Proven experience as a Sales Executive (ideal within the L&E business field).

Ø Proficiency in English

Ø Excellent knowledge of MS Office

Ø Hands-on experience with CRM software will be an advantage.

Ø Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques

Ø Fast learner and passion for sales.

Ø Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

- sales: 1 year (preferred)


Language:


  • Arabic (preferred)
