Description

The Sous Chef (Private Chef) is a critical kitchen team member responsible for assisting the Executive Chef in all food preparation and kitchen operations.

The Sous Chef must be a highly skilled and experienced cook with a strong understanding of culinary techniques and principles.

The client is a UHNW family

The Sous Chef will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Assisting the Chef de Cuisine in developing and executing menus
  • Supervising the kitchen staff and ensuring that all food safety standards are met
  • Preparing and cooking food according to recipes and specifications
  • Managing the kitchen budget and inventory
  • Training new kitchen staff
**Salary starts at 18,000 AED with accommodation +++
