The Sous Chef (Private Chef) is a critical kitchen team member responsible for assisting the Executive Chef in all food preparation and kitchen operations.
The Sous Chef must be a highly skilled and experienced cook with a strong understanding of culinary techniques and principles.

- Assisting the Chef de Cuisine in developing and executing menus
- Supervising the kitchen staff and ensuring that all food safety standards are met
- Preparing and cooking food according to recipes and specifications
- Managing the kitchen budget and inventory
- Training new kitchen staff
