A reputable and well-established
Medical Devices company is actively recruiting an
Area Sales Manager for their team in
Dubai.

The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:

Manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and support to maximize their performance.
Building, and maintaining strong relationships with existing and new clients, and becoming the point of contact for the assigned market.
Negotiate contract agreements with key customers.
Prepare and manage sales forecasts and reports in alignment with business objectives.
Monitoring sales performance metrics and facilitating timely interventions
Coordinate the marketing activities/implementation with the team.
Responsible for contributing to the development and execution of innovation growth plans.
Monitoring competitor activities and conducting research.

To be successful you will need to meet the following:

Bachelor's Degree in Business or similar

Minimum - 7 years of sales experience within the Retail Industry. Vision care experience is a plus.

Proactive and selfmotivated with a strong drive for success and the ability to work independently.
Strong Interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel, and PowerPoint.
