We are looking for an Operations Manager from a
manufacturing background who have experience into and completely responsible for:

Company's operations from Procurement. Product Development, Planning, Production, Quality, Maintenance Departments, Supply Chain department.
Looking after procurement & negotiation of Raw materials, Packaging materials, Equipment's, Chemicals, etc.
Create and monitor the performance of the purchasing strategy
Develop a supply and production plan to ensure timely delivery to our customers
Researches and evaluates vendors to compare pricing and services
Reviews and processes purchase orders
Overseeing the production process, drawing up a production schedule.

- working out the human and material resources needed.
- estimating costs and setting the quality standards.

Setting of Quality laboratory (Design, Equipment's, Manpower),
Total Quality Management & Modern Techniques
Co Ordinating with the team for Handling all import & export shipment including documentation and other requirement
Coordinating & approving with the Vendors Globally and locally for shipments.
Evaluate the team's efficiency and productivity using standards and KPI's.
Providing training and development opportunities for team members and ensure a safe work environment consistent with company values.
