    Job Overview

    This is a full-time hybrid role for a Creative Copywriter at YAZ Media. As a Creative Copywriter, you will be responsible for crafting compelling and engaging copy for various digital platforms. Your day-to-day tasks will include brainstorming creative ideas, writing and editing copy, adapting content for different audiences and platforms, and collaborating with the design team. This role is primarily based in Dubai.

    Responsibilities and Duties

    • Write and edit high-quality copy in both English and Arabic for various platforms, including social media statics, websites, blogs, carousels, email campaigns, and all kind of marketing materials.
    • Ensure consistent brand voice and tone across all content, tailored to each platform and audience.
    • Adapt writing style for different formats, from concise social media posts to detailed web content and campaign messaging.
    • Cover events and create real-time content (Statics, videos, stories) to enhance engagement and visibility.
    • Assist the production team with content ideas.
    • Develop creative content strategies for social media, ensuring alignment with brand objectives or client objectives.
    • Experiment with new formats, trends, and creative ideas to keep content fresh and engaging.
    • Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to execute social media campaigns from ideation to execution.
    • Manage the content calendar, ensuring timely and on-brand posts across social channels.
    • Contribute to branding projects by developing taglines, slogans, and narratives that reflect the brand's essence.
    • Craft compelling stories that resonate with the target audience and foster brand loyalty.
    • Proofread and edit content for clarity, consistency, and accuracy in both English and Arabic.
    • Ensure content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains high quality.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure content is delivered on time and meets client expectations.
    • Facilitate communication between content and production teams, ensuring timely delivery of multimedia content.
    • Monitor and analyze content performance to refine content strategies.
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital, social media, and creative trends to inspire innovative content creation.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • 2-4 years of experience in content creation, (Bilingual Copywriting, and social media management, with a focus on English & Arabic) both languages.
    • Fluency in both English and Arabic with excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills in both languages.
    • Proven experience in creating engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) and adapting content for each platform's format.
    • Strong understanding of social media trends and multimedia content creation techniques.
    • Proficiency in using content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Capcut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.) to design and edit graphics and videos.
    • Ability to develop and implement creative content strategies that align with brand goals and audience needs.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams (marketing, creative, production).
    • Ability to think creatively, experiment with new formats, and keep content fresh and innovative.
    • Attention to detail and ability to ensure content quality and consistency across all materials.
