    Netsach is currently hiring DevSecOpsEngineer for Dubai location. This is an Onsite opportunity.

    We are seeking a highlyskilled and motivated DevSecOps Engineer to join our dynamic team.As a DevSecOps Engineer you will play a critical role in ensuringthe security reliability and scalability of our softwaredevelopment and deployment processes. You will collaborate withcrossfunctional teams to integrate security practices into ourDevOps workflows fostering a culture of security awareness andcontinuous improvement. Your expertise in both development andsecurity will be instrumental in driving the successful delivery ofsecure and highquality software solutions. Security certificationssuch as CISSP CSSLP CEH would be highlypreferred.

    Responsibilities

    Design implement and maintain secure and scalable DevOps pipelinesincorporating security practices throughout the softwaredevelopment lifecycle.

    Collaborate with development operations and security teams toidentify and address security vulnerabilities ensuring adherence toindustry best practices and regulatoryrequirements.

    Conduct regularsecurity assessments and vulnerability scans performing analysisand providing actionable recommendations to mitigaterisks.

    Develop and maintainsecurity automation tools and scripts to enhance the efficiency andeffectiveness of securityrelatedtasks.

    Monitor and analyzesystem logs application performance metrics and security incidentreports proactively identifying and responding to securitythreats.

    Conduct securityawareness training for development and operations teams promotingsecure coding practices secure configurations and compliance withsecurity policies.

    Stay up todate with the latest trends and advancements in DevSecOps andsecurity technologies making recommendations for processimprovements and toolingenhancements.

    Collaboratewith external security auditors and assessors during complianceaudits ensuring the successful completion of security assessmentsand certifications.

    Participate in incident response and resolution activitiesinvestigating security incidents and implementing correctiveactions to prevent futureoccurrences.

    Requirements

    Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Security or arelated field (or equivalent workexperience).

    Solid experiencein software development and operations with a focus onsecurity.

    Strong knowledge ofDevOps principles and practices including CI/CD pipelines versioncontrol systems and automated testingframeworks.

    Proficiency inscripting and automation using languages such as Python Ruby orPowerShell.

    Familiarity withcloud platforms and services (e.g. AWS Azure GCP) and theirsecurity considerations.

    Experience with containerization technologies (e.g. DockerKubernetes) and associated securitypractices.

    Knowledge ofsecurity frameworks and standards (e.g. OWASP NIST ISO andtheir application in softwaredevelopment.

    Understanding ofsecure coding practices and common vulnerabilities (e.g. OWASP Top10) and their mitigationtechniques.

    Strong analyticaland problemsolving skills with the ability to identify and addresssecurity risks and incidentseffectively.

    Excellentcommunication and collaboration skills with the ability to workeffectively with crossfunctional teams andstakeholders.

    Securitycertifications such as CISSP CSSLP CEH or related certificationsare a plus.
