Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team.

As a Customer Service Representative at Royal Smart Limousine, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and ensuring their transportation needs are met with the highest level of satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Book and manage reservations for our luxury transportation services.
Coordinate with our chauffeurs to ensure ontime pickups and dropoffs.
Resolve customer concerns and issues promptly and professionally.
Provide clients with information regarding our services, pricing, and availability.
Maintain accurate records and databases related to reservations and customer interactions.
Collaborate with our team to optimize customer service processes and enhance client experiences.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in the hospitality or transportation industry.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
