Description

We are looking for an
Administrative Assistant, with excellent organizational skills and experience in an office environment, to provide administrative support to the Operations Manager.


Main Duties:


  • Overseeing the daytoday operations of the office. Ensuring that all necessary office supplies and equipment are stocked and in good working orders.
  • Communicating with staff members and other stakeholders, such as vendors and clients, to ensure that everyone is informed about office policies and procedures.
  • Ensuring that the office is clean, safe, and wellmaintained, and that all health and safety regulations are followed.
  • Developing and implementing policies and procedures to improve office efficiency and productivity.
  • Maintaining and updating records, files, and databases, and ensuring that confidential information is properly secured.
  • Experience in legal matters and labour law is a plus.
  • Perform any additional responsibilities as requested or assigned.

Requirements:


  • Any Bachelor's degree graduate
  • Required more than 2 years' experience in UAE
  • Strong knowledge in UAE labour law and procedures
  • Excellent time management skills and organizational skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    fluent in English and Arabic language
  • Knowledge with RTA and UAE property rules and regulations
  • Experience as an office assistant or in related field

Must have UAE driving license

  • File and maintain all necessary documents for the office
  • Manage all office concerns, repairs and maintenance and furniture
  • Review and process tenancy contract
  • Performing general office clerk duties and errands
  • Participates in the planning and execution of administrative projects; coordinates work with other departments of the agency; assists in the development of administrative and technical assistance policies and procedures; and assists in reviewing and seeking solutions to problems
  • Point of contact if there's an emergency and Gather the employees to the assembly point in case of emergency
  • Responsible to fix / refurbish the company's furniture
