    Experience in project management, resourcemanagement, scope management, customer facing, risk management andteam leadership in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment,and performing technical project management that includesinitiating, planning, executing and closing IT projects in diverseareas of IT not limited to NOC and WINTEL.

    SDDC, ITSD, GRC,etc.
    Work closely with IT Project Management to ensureservice continuity and ongoing improvementinitiatives
    Experience working as a service deliverymanager.
    Experience supporting end-to-end customersupport.
    Proven track record of successfully deliveringMSP projects on time and within budget.
    Experience inmoving between services
    Experience working withorganizational change management principles, practices, proceduresand industry standards for quality management.
    Experienceworking with customer contracts and service levelagreements.
    Excellent communication skills demonstratingintelligence and strong interpersonal skills.
    Goodnegotiation skills
    Experience managing relationships withfunctional department heads and coordinating with cross-functionalteams across multiple geographic locations.
    Experienceworking with business stakeholders, development teams and strategicvendors/third parties. High customer focus
