Job summary

Review daily arrivals and departures to plan upcoming operational needs Ensure VIPs special guests and group arrivals are handled according to standards Support and maintain the guest recognition program Assist in scheduling training and guiding the Bell team Handle guest comments and service recovery actions logging and tracking resolutions Act as first point of contact during emergencies supporting guest evacuation and safety Prepare and manage departmental reports documentation Maintain equipment cleanliness operational readiness Ensure timely delivery collection of guest luggage requests following procedures Maintain accurate records of luggage handling guest service actions Uphold service standards meeting performance benchmarks LQA expectations
