Job scope includes:


  • Manage a team of external company security Colleagues to include their compliance to policies, procedures, and performance standards, duty schedule, daily attendance, breaks and rotations, grooming, coaching, appraisals, and personal development plans
  • Motivate Colleagues through the effective implementation of incentive, recognition, and rewards programs, and off job training, and team activities
  • Openly communicate appropriate and valuable information through various channels, including department meetings and briefings. And we are maintaining effective communication and coordination with all other Departments.
  • Running overall security operations daily
  • Ensure that the Leisure Facility is safe and ready for operations prior to opening the park for the guests
  • Ensure that the Leisure Facility is clear of guests and the main gate is locked after the park's operational hours
  • Conduct rounds inside the park premises and report irregularities and carry out random spot checks liaising with the concerned Department
  • Enforce and adhere to all UAE laws, Health, Safety & Environmental policies, and industry and company rules and regulations, reporting any safety concerns or incidents to management to minimize risk and maintain a clean, safe and hygienic environment for all Guests and Colleagues
  • Ensure that any criminal activity does not hamper the smooth functioning of the organization
  • Respond to and manage Security breaches, incidents, emergencies, and service delivery defects by taking necessary corrective actions and ensuring incidents are investigated, recorded, and reported to the Line Manager to minimize possible damage, loss, or injury to any Guests, Colleagues or Company property
  • Monitor and manage the standards of customer service offered by security Colleagues to ensure that guest expectations are met and exceeded using the company policies and procedure
  • Review satisfaction results for their areas and identify any trends, and share observations and suggestions with their manager
  • Handle all guest complaints with effect & immediate onthespot solution to meet the company standards
  • Ensure their area meets financial targets as set by their departmental manager through tracking expenditures and revenue and, as appropriate taking action to affect either
  • Coordinate any inventory/stock take activities required in their area, ensuring sufficient stock always remains on hand and reducing stock loss/wastage
  • Organizing zonal evacuation drill exercise in Leisure Facility and creating reports from the drill providing the improvement perspective (YWW specific)
  • Responsible for Lost & Found Property deposited with Security and for its safekeeping and discarded after a prescribed period as per policy (FWAD Specific)
  • Monitoring overall security systems performance (e.g., CCTV, FACP, Access Control, Locker system, etc.) and reporting any irregularities
  • Liaising with the authorities (Police & Civil Defense, etc.) to ensure regular communications, updates, and strong relationships in place
  • Attend and facilitate VIP Guests and inform park management on the spot
  • Review accuracy of any checklists and records completed in their area and analyze
  • Prepares and ensures Security daily reports are forwarded to the Line Manager and relevant personnel
  • Educated to Degree level in Business Administration or equivalent
  • Minimum two (2) years of experience in a supervisory role with experience in the hospitality/leisure industry
