Job Description:
Develop and implement leasing strategies aligned with the shopping mall's objectives, market trends, and tenant demand. Identify and engage with potential tenants, negotiate lease terms, and secure new lease agreements to optimize occupancy and revenue.

Cultivate strong relationships with existing tenants, addressing their needs, resolving issues, and maximizing tenant satisfaction and retention in the process, evaluate their performance.

Analyze leasing metrics, rental rates, and financial performance to evaluate leasing opportunities and make data-driven decisions. Oversee lease documentation, including lease agreements, amendments, and renewals, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
