Job Purpose:

The Quality Assurance professional will be responsible for ensuring that products and services meet established quality standards before they are released to customers.

The Quality Assurance professional will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and address quality issues throughout the product development lifecycle, from design and development to production and release.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures: The Quality Assurance Person will be responsible for developing and implementing quality assurance policies and procedures that ensure products and services meet established quality standards.
Conduct quality inspections: The Quality Assurance professional will conduct quality inspections throughout the product development lifecycle to ensure that products and services meet established quality standards. This includes inspecting raw materials, components, and finished products.
Communicate with stakeholders: The Quality Assurance professional will communicate regularly with the customer service team, management, and clients to ensure that quality standards are being met and to identify areas for improvement. They will provide reports and analysis to stakeholders to help them make informed decisions.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams: The Quality Assurance professional will work closely with crossfunctional teams, including project, sales, IT, and customer service, to identify and address quality issues.
Analyze quality data: The Quality Assurance professional will analyze quality data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. They will use this data to develop and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Develop and deliver quality training: The Quality Assurance professional will develop and deliver quality training to employees to ensure that they understand and comply with quality standards and procedures.
Maintain quality records: The Quality Assurance professional will maintain quality records, including inspection reports, test results, and corrective and preventive action records.

Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as engineering, quality management, or a related field.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a quality assurance role.
Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and tools.
Experience with quality inspection and testing.
Experience with root cause analysis and corrective and preventive actions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards such as ISO 9001 and FDA regulations.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
