Criteria:
Must be degree-educatedAt least 10 years work experience in delivering professional development programs to clients in a financial or professional services environmentExceptional senior leadership and team management skillsDeep understanding of GCC marketsExceptional standards of professional client interaction and serviceAdvanced presence, presentation, reporting and communications skillsExcellent level of English both written and spokenExcellent proactive time management, organization, project management and prioritization skillsHigh levels of focus and attention to detailThe ability to work to tight deadlines, under pressure and in a highly multi-tasking environmentMust currently reside within the GCC
