    Description


    • Establish andmanage Front of House short and long range goals, KPIs andobjectives to ensure achievement of businessobjectives.


    • Liaise with GEMS Marketingsupport functions as an enrolment subject matter expert to drivecontent and targeting strategies to achieve enrolment and brandobjectives for assigned GEMS schools.


    •Evaluate Front of House training needs across the GEMS Network andplan and implement training programs accordingly including;class-room training, on-the-job training and workshops to improveservice delivery and specific jobperformance.


    • Support GEMS schools inmaintain parent-school relationships to ensure concerns, complaintsand feedback are handled effectively, resulting in increased parentsatisfaction (net promoter score) and retention(re-enrolment)


    • Assist with ongoingcompetitor benchmarking and report on competitor actions tocorporate and in-school stakeholders to better inform strategicplanning and decision making.


    •Represent GEMS Education and Enrolments at corporate and communityevents as required.


    • Attend project /staff meetings and serve on committees asrequired.
