Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members for their professional development.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive work environment to enhance teamwork and communication.

Project Management:


  • Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of electromechanical engineering projects.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet highquality standards.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to coordinate project activities and resolve any issues that may arise.

Technical Expertise:


  • Utilize your electromechanical engineering background to understand and contribute to project requirements.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members, troubleshooting and resolving complex engineering challenges.

Safety and Compliance:


  • Enforce and uphold safety standards within the team, ensuring all engineering activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Electromechanical Engineering or a related field.
