Job Description:

What you will do:
Take the lead on Network Services practice, support the sales team to implement comprehensive solutions, and provide support in postsales activities related to Data networks, Wi-Fi, & Security servicesProvide solution functional expertise to ensure proper implementation of a proposed designPrepare High-Level & low-level design documentsInstall, configure and Troubleshoot the Data networks, Wi-Fi Networks, and security devicesGeneration of Wi-Fi active Heatmaps for final handoverMaintain the certification level from our principals and enhance technical knowledge in the latest technology trends and solutionsFollow the internal field service mechanismProvide weekly information on all open & closed service tickets


Required skills to be successful:

Software-Defined Networks:
Knowledge of solutions from Cisco is mandatory. Understanding of solutions from other manufacturers is recommended.


Security Solutions:
Should be well-versed with security solutions mapping all in PCI-DSS domains.
Wired & Wireless and Cloud-based Networks solutions: Cisco, Aruba, Dell, Alcatel, Ruckus.

Good knowledge of Voice & IP Telephony, Wireless, Security, SD-WAN, Virtualization & Network Management SoftwareMust have complete network lifecycle experience, including requirements gathering, solution mapping, testing, documentation, configuration, and maintenance.

An excellent customer service attitude and the ability to interact with customers professionally are required.

What equips you for the role:
Bachelor / Engineering degree in IT/ CS / Electronics / Telecom or related disciplines.5+ years of experience in Converged Enterprise Network Design, Implementation, and Support
