Description
Principal Planner/ Master Planner oversees the design, implementation and management of major planning initiatives.

The Principal Planner/ Master Planner provides strategic direction collaborates with stakeholders and ensures that urban planning projects align with sustainable and visionary development goals.


  • A bachelor's degree in architecture / Urban Design / Planning and other relevant degree program.
years of experience in a similar role.

  • Strong presentation and graphic design skills and familiarity with visualization tools.
  • Strong understanding of architectural design principles, building systems, and construction techniques.
  • Excellent creative and conceptual thinking abilities, with a keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail.
  • Understanding of local regulations and standards.
  • An understanding of the cultural norms and requirements of the region.
  • Experience and Proficiency in architectural design software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, or other 3D modeling and visualization tools.
  • Excellent hand drawing or sketching skills

Pay:
AED60, AED70,000.00 per month
